Questions
- Is the plugin free?
- Yes. The plugin is free on WordPress.org. It uses pass credits from your WalletPassBuilder account: 1 per pass created or saved to a wallet, whichever total is higher. Updating passes doesn't use credits, and new accounts get free pass credits to start.
- Do I need a WalletPassBuilder account?
- Yes. The plugin connects to your account with an API key, and WalletPassBuilder creates and signs the passes. You don't need an Apple or Google developer account.
- Can I use a pass I already made in WalletPassBuilder?
- Yes. Pick it in the block's settings, or use the shortcode with its id: [wallet_pass_builder pass="PASS_ID"]. The Add to Wallet button tab lists your passes with their shortcodes.
- Does updating a pass change it on people's phones?
- Yes. Updating keeps the same pass and link, and phones that saved it receive the new version.
- My booking plugin isn't listed. Can I still use this?
- Yes. The Add to Wallet block and shortcode work on any WordPress site. You can also ask for your plugin from the plugin's Help tab.
