WalletPassBuilder vs Passcreator
Passcreator is a German wallet pass platform with EU hosting, ISO 27001 certification and Samsung Wallet support, priced by the passes people save. WalletPassBuilder is a flat-price, no-code builder for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet with loyalty and no-code integrations built in. Here is how they compare.
When to choose WalletPassBuilder
- You’d rather have Apple Wallet setup handled for you than create and renew your own certificate.
- You expect hundreds or thousands of passes and want a flat price that doesn’t grow with every pass saved.
- You want loyalty with Square, passes from Google Sheets or WordPress, or AI assistants that create passes for you.
- You’re an enterprise or agency running passes across many stores, brands or clients - each in its own workspace, with its data in the US or the EU.

What it costs
Passcreator charges for passes that have been saved to a phone - you can create as many as you like. Its price slider works out to about $90 a month for 1,000 saved passes and $160 a month for 2,000 (excluding VAT), plus Apple’s $99 a year for your developer account.
On WalletPassBuilder, 1,000 passes are covered by the credits in the $49-a-month or $490-a-year plan, and 2,000 means one more pack of 1,000 credits for $100. Credits are used once per pass, not every month.
For under five passes, Passcreator’s free plan is the cheaper option.
Passcreator’s prices are as published on its website in November 2026; check its current plans before you decide.
