Connect Jotform

Last updated: September 18, 2026

Jotform's own webhook posts its raw submission fields, not the shape our Events API expects - so a small relay sits between Jotform and WalletPassBuilder.

Set up the relay

In your form's Settings → Integrations → Webhooks, point the webhook at a relay - Zapier's "Webhooks" action, Make.com, or a small serverless function - that reshapes the submission into an event named jotform.submission with a data object containing the fields you need, then forwards it to POST /v1/events with your WalletPassBuilder API key.

Using the preset

When adding a trigger on the automation canvas, choose Jotform submission from the trigger picker. It pre-fills the event name (jotform.submission) and shows these same setup instructions inline, so you always have them on hand while wiring up the relay.
