Set up a loyalty pass

Last updated: September 30, 2026

A loyalty pass tracks a customer's progress toward a reward - either a set number of visits (a stamp card) or a total amount spent.

Start from a template

In the template picker, choose Loyalty Pass, then pick Count Visits (a stamp card) or Count Spend (a progress bar toward a spend target).

Loyalty Settings

Open Loyalty Settings in the builder and choose the reward type, visits or spend.

Visits: Visit Threshold sets how many stamps fill the card (3 to 10). Pick a stamp icon or upload your own image - it's used for every stamp except the last slot, which always shows a gift icon. The stamps appear in a single row on the pass. Stamp Active Color and Stamp Inactive Color style them.

Spend: Spend Threshold ($) is the total a customer needs to spend. Progress Fill Color and Progress Bar Color style the bar.

Test Visit and Test Spend only preview how a partly-filled pass looks in the builder. Launch a real pass with them at 0.

The reward

Reward Description (in the Scanner section) is what customers see when they earn the reward, for example "Free coffee".

The barcode

A loyalty pass's code is locked to a QR code of the pass's own ID, so the scanner can read it. You don't need to set one up.

Next

Let customers sign themselves up with the enrollment form, and record visits with the scanner - see the other articles in this section.
