Let customers join with the enrollment form

The enrollment form lets customers sign themselves up for your loyalty program - no staff needed.

Share the sign-up link

In the builder, open Settings → Enrollment Form. It gives you a sign-up link and a QR code to put on a table tent or receipt. Customers enter their phone number, plus any other fields you ask for, and get their own pass.

Choose what to ask

Phone number is always collected. To ask for more:

Type an @variable anywhere on the pass (for example @name in the card title). A field for it appears in the form automatically, and the customer's answer fills that text in on their pass. Remove the @variable from the pass and its field goes away.

Click + Add a custom field to collect an extra answer that shows only in your Enrolled Customers list - it never appears on the pass.

For any field, edit the prompt customers see, mark it Required, and reorder fields with the arrows.

You can also set the sign-up page's background color. Leave it blank to use the pass's own background color.

Preview it

The Enrollment Form tab above the pass preview shows the sign-up page as you edit it.

See who joined

Each loyalty card on Home shows an "N enrolled" button that opens the Enrolled Customers list.

Customer data requests

On the Enrolled Customers list, members with Can edit access or higher can export a customer's data, and Full access members can erase it.
