Invite team members

From the Team page (Full access members only), enter a teammate's email, choose a role, and choose whether they can see all workspaces or just one. They'll get an email invite. When they accept - signing in, or creating an account with the invited email - your account appears for them and they can switch to it.

Roles

Full access - everything you can do: create, edit, and publish passes, manage team members, and manage billing and account settings.

Can edit - create, edit, and publish passes, and view analytics. Can't access billing or manage the team.

Can view - read-only: can view passes and analytics, but can't create, edit, or publish anything.

Scanner only - counter staff who only see the loyalty scanner. Nothing else in the dashboard.

Workspace access

Choose All workspaces to let a teammate move between every workspace, or pick a single workspace to keep them to just that one.
