Choose data residency

Each workspace picks a data residency - United States or European Union - when it's created. Every pass published from that workspace, and everyone who saves it, has its data stored in that region.
It can't be changed later
Residency is chosen when the workspace is created and can't be changed afterwards. To move to a different region, create a new workspace there.
