How pass credits work

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Pass credits are what you spend to create and distribute passes.

What uses a credit

You use 1 credit per pass created or saved to a wallet - whichever total is higher. A single shared pass costs 1 credit to create; a personalized (dynamic) pass costs 1 credit for each row. Designing, previewing, editing, and pushing updates to a saved pass are always free.

How many you get

New accounts start with 20 free credits. The Pro plan includes 1,000 credits, and once you're subscribed you can buy more from Settings → Billing. Credits don't expire while your account is active.

Where to see them

Settings → Billing shows how many credits you have left. The "How is this calculated?" link there explains the count in more detail.

Credits across workspaces

Each workspace has its own credit allocation. On Settings → Billing, click View breakdown by workspace (or Manage credit allocation on Settings → Workspace) to see how many credits each workspace has used, how many are assigned to it, and how many are unassigned. Edit the numbers and click Save changes to move credits between workspaces. Moving credits doesn't change how many credits your account has in total.

Only Full access members can manage credits.
