Enrollment forms now have field types

Choose Text, Email, Phone number, Date, Dropdown or Checkbox for each sign-up field, so customers get the right keyboard and answers are checked before they join.

Checkbox can be a single tick box for consent, or a list of options customers can tick several of.

Number generator gives every new customer a member number automatically - counting up from a starting value, or random - and can print it right on their pass.

Forms hold up to 10 fields, plus the phone number.
