Set up a dynamic pass with @variables
Last updated: September 12, 2026
Type @ into any text field on the pass (a label, a value, the header) and pick a placeholder like @var1. Do this for every value that should differ per recipient - a name, a balance, a member ID.
Load your data
Open the data sheet from Settings and paste in rows - one row per recipient, one column per @variable. Each row gets its own share link and its own personalized "Add to Wallet" button.
Connect a webhook
Instead of pasting a static sheet, point a form or app submission at your pass's webhook URL to create (or update) a row automatically every time someone signs up.
