Format your data sheet correctly

Each column header in the data sheet must exactly match an @variable name used somewhere on the pass (case-sensitive). A column with no matching @variable is ignored; an @variable with no matching column is left unresolved.

Required columns

Every row needs a value for every @variable that appears in the pass - a blank cell publishes that recipient's pass with the placeholder text still showing, so fill in every column before publishing.

Pasting from a spreadsheet

Paste directly from Google Sheets or Excel - the sheet auto-detects columns from your clipboard's tab-separated format, so there's no CSV export step needed.
