View delivery history for a notification

The Notifications page lists every notification you've sent or scheduled, with its status: Scheduled, Sending, Sent, Failed, or Canceled.
What "sent" means
A notification counts as sent once it's been handed off to Apple's push service or Google's Wallet API - actual delivery to a specific device depends on that device being online, which neither wallet reports back to WalletPassBuilder.
