Understand your pass stats

Last updated: September 30, 2026

The Stats page shows views (someone opened the share link), saves (the pass was added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet), removals (it was deleted from a wallet), and the saved rate (saves as a share of views). Pick 7, 30, or 90 days, or All time (up to the last 365 days), and click any card to chart it.

Where to find it

Open Stats from the sidebar to see every pass in the workspace you're in, or open a single pass's Stats page to see just that pass.

What counts as a save

A save is recorded only when the pass is actually added to a wallet - not when someone opens the link, taps "Add to Wallet", or downloads the file and then cancels. Apple Wallet tells us when a device adds the pass, and Google Wallet tells us when someone saves or removes it. So if a customer taps the button five times and adds the pass once, that's one save.

What counts as a removal

A removal is recorded when someone deletes the pass from their wallet. If they add it again later, that counts as a new save.

See each event

Under the charts, Wallet activity lists every save and removal, newest first. See "See every save and remove".
