Loyalty sign-up forms you can word your way

The loyalty sign-up form's heading is now editable, so it can say what fits your business instead of "Join our rewards". The phone number field can move among the other fields. Loyalty pages now say sign-up form and members, rather than enrollment form and enrolled customers.
