Connect Calendly

Calendly's webhook posts its own event payload, not the shape our Events API expects, so a relay reshapes it first.

Set up the relay

In Calendly, add a webhook under Integrations → Webhooks listening for invitee.created. Point it at a relay that reshapes the payload into an event named calendly.invitee.created, with a data object built from the invitee and event fields you need, then forwards it to POST /v1/events with your API key.

Using the preset

Choose Calendly booking from the trigger picker - it pre-fills the event name (calendly.invitee.created) so your relay and your automation stay in sync.
