## Capabilities

- Wallet coverage: Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, built visually with a no-code editor and six reusable templates (loyalty card, membership card, coupon, gift card, event ticket, business card); Apple certificate setup is managed in-app
- Personalization: `@variable` templating (e.g. `@name`, `@balance`) resolves per recipient from one design; bulk personalize by CSV upload or one row at a time; a pass's webhook URL creates/updates a recipient's row automatically from a signup form, checkout, or booking tool
- Lifecycle: passes can be updated after a customer saves them, pushing the change to their wallet; custom notifications send immediately or on a schedule; Apple Wallet passes also support location- and Bluetooth-beacon-triggered lock-screen alerts (Apple only, not available on Google Wallet)
- Automations: a visual trigger -> condition -> action canvas, starting from a custom event (POST to `/v1/events`) or a preset for Jotform, Typeform, Stripe Checkout, Square, WooCommerce, or Calendly; actions include send notification, create/update/duplicate/archive pass, call a signed outbound webhook, and delay
- Analytics: per-pass views, saves, and removals over time, with CSV export
- Team & workspaces: invite teammates with a role (viewer, editor, admin); each workspace independently chooses US or EU data residency; share pages are white-labeled to your brand
